Ray Harley has seen and experienced every aspect of Land and Marine Insurance over a period of 40 years. Because that experience spans Underwriting, Broking, Agency, Claims and Consultancy there are few people, if any, that have his experience and knowledge in the entire industry. That experience includes working/training in Lloyds of London, working in the entire London Insurance Market as a Broker and subsequent work as a Managing General Agent, Consultant and Expert witness s in the USA and its protectorates.
